GeoTools 10.13 released:

Enhancements:

1. GT_DELVX : (Polyline ToolSet 1 -> Delete Vertex) : An 'X' (Exit) option has been added to this command to gracefully exit without having to bail out of the command using the ESC key.

2. GT_INSVX : (Polyline ToolSet 1 -> Insert Vertex) : An 'X' (Exit) option has been added to this command to gracefully exit without having to bail out of the command using the ESC key.

3. GT_SEGLENSET : (Polyline ToolSet 1 -> Specify segment lengths in polylines) : An 'X' (Exit) option has been added to this command to gracefully exit without having to bail out of the command using the ESC key.

4. GT_BLKEDIT : (Block Tools -> Edit Block graphics and attributes independently) : The GT_BLKEDIT command has a new option now to edit the attribute height selectively.
