GeoTools V 6.10 update:

New command added: GT_ANNOTATEENDS (Annotation Tools - Annotate ends of lines/polylines with symbols)
The GT_ANNOTATEENDS command is used to annotate a symbol each at the ends of a curve object. A curve object can be either a LINE, POLYLINE, ARC or SPLINE.

You can place user-defined block objects at either or both ends of a curve object and they can even be made to align along the slope of the curve at that point.

Bug Fix: GT_CHAINAGE (Civil Tools - Annotate chainages along a route)

There was a bug in the "Picked Points" annotation option. It would not annotate the chainage value correctly in this case. This has now been fixed.

Important note: While all of GeoTools commands are tested quite extensively before they are released, it is humanely impossible to test-run it under every different data type or operating environment. In the event that you notice any GeoTools command not functioning as expected, please bring it to our notice asap. We will attend to it and fix the problem as soon as possible.
