GeoTools v 5.27:

5.27 is a minor update: The GT_CREATECENTROID command (Polyline menu / Build Menu) has been updated. You can now set the format width for the centroidal text annotation of closed polygons. This feature is similar to the format width feature available in the GT_TC (Text Tools - Create running text command) command. Defines the width of the numeric text. For example, if the starting value is specified as 1 and the Format width is specified as 3, the number will be written as 001 i.e each number will have atleast three digits in them. The blank spaces will be padded with 0's.
