If you have chosen AutoCAD as your operating platform, your selection will be compiled into a VLX ( compatible with AutoCAD 2004 / 2005 / 2006 / 2007 / 2008 / 2009 / 2010 / 2011).
If you have chosen Bricscad as your operating platform, your selection will be delivered to you as a compiled, encrypted Bricscad Lisp application, compatible with Bricscad Version 10 only.
The executable file will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days (if you have chosen the e-mail delivery method).

your order request, we will compute your total bill including shipping cost, if
any and send an e-invoice to you showing the number and names of programs that
you have ordered and the total amount that you have to pay. If you have
indicated to pay using a online credit card payment, we will also send you the
URL of a specially created link where you can pay this amount through a secure
(SSL) transaction through our online retailer, CCNow.com. You can then go ahead
and make your online payment. Once your payment is processed ( which usually
takes a few hours for CCNow.Com to confirm ), we will compile the programs that
you have requested and send it to you by e-mail and ship it to you by
registered airmail as well if that was requested. If you have chosen other
methods of payment as indicated below, please proceed to initiate payment using
your preferred method. The programs will be sent to you as soon as proof of
payment is with us. |

Minimum purchase

The absolute minimum purchase value to process a MyGeoTools order is US$ 9.95. Tools priced US$ 0.00 must be accompanied with other tools that make up to the minimum purchase value of US$ 9.95.
For orders paid using a credit card through CCNow, the minimum purchase value (inclusive of shipping cost, if any) should be US$ 15.00.
For orders less than US$ 15.00, PayPal is the only acceptable means of payment.
For orders paid using a check, demand draft, bank wire transfer or other electronic mediums, the minimum order value must be US$ 40.00, in order to cover bank transaction costs.

WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In particular, because of the various hardware
and software environments into which MyGeoTools may be put, NO WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested
with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the program. Four Dimension Technologies will not be liable for
any consequences arising out of using our products and services.
Registration Info: "MyGeoTools" will require a registration file that
will be shipped automatically with every purchase. This file entitles the user
to use the program on any number of computers. In other words, when you buy
"MyGeoTools", you acquire an unlimited site license for the components that you
purchase.
Documentation : "MyGeoTools" documentation can be accessed online from
our website from the relevant page in the
GeoTools user manual. No additional documentation, whether online or in hard
copy will be shipped along with the program deliverables unless you
specifically ask for this in the form under the Documentation section (see
above).
Upgrade Info: "MyGeoTools" components are not automatically upgradeable.
In other words, if you order Tools A, B and C in your "MyGeoTools"
collection and if they subsequently are enhanced with new features and
options, we will NOT be sending you an upgrade free of cost. This is
different from acquiring a full copy of GeoTools where users download
free updates from our web-site as soon as it becomes available.
"MyGeoTools" requires considerable effort to compile
your requested programs into an executable file. Therefore, it is
impractical for us to send free updates to every user when existing
commands are updated. If you require an updated version of your
original order of "MyGeoTools" to be sent to you again,
there will be a processing fee of US$ 25.00
"MyGeoTools" will not be applicable for
inter-product upgrades i.e if you have purchased US$ 60.00 worth of
"MyGeoTools", you cannot pay the balance of US$ 139.00 and
acquire a full single user license of GeoTools.
Payment terms : "MyGeoTools" payment can be made through any of the existing payment methods
mentioned above. The programs will be shipped only on realization of full
payment. This may take between a few hours to 1-2 days for credit card
transactions to a few weeks in the case of checks or bank drafts. .
Shipping info :
"MyGeoTools" programs can be purchased purely as an electronically downloaded
digital file. Shipping the programs on a CD-ROM by registered airmail is also
possible but this is optional and will cost US$ 10.0 additional. All shipments of
MyGeoTools will be grouped weekly and made every Friday from Bangalore,
India if not earlier.
