This license applies to the registered version of GeoTools. If you
are using an evaluation version of GeoTools, see the section titled
titled "Evaluation License" below.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by Four Dimension Technologies, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
warranty.
Registered Version
One registered copy of GeoTools may be used by a single or multiple
persons only on one computer where the software is registered. Use of the GeoTools
software on more than one computer requires the purchase of an additional license. In the event of a computer
system upgrade requiring the user to change computers, please contact us us with the new details and we will supply you with a new license
in good faith and trust. The issue of such a replacement license will be the sole discretion of Four Dimension
Technologies provided we feel that there is no misuse of the licensing agreement.
You may access the registered version of GeoTools through a network,
provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access
GeoTools on the network, each workstation must have its GeoTools license, regardless of whether they use
GeoTools at different times or concurrently.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In particular, because of the various hardware and software environments into
which GeoTools may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Four Dimension Technologies will not be liable for any
consequences arising out of using our products.

Evaluation and Registration
GeoTools is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software
after the 30 day evaluation period, you are required to register the product by buying a license of
GeoTools. Payments must be in US dollars or equivalent Singapore dollars based on the then current
exchange rate and should be made payable to Four Dimension Technologies. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as
described in the file GeotoolsOrder.Txt. When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of
GeoTools.
Unregistered use of GeoTools after the 30-day evaluation period is in
violation of Singapore and international copyright laws.
Governing Law
