Layer Tools menu consists of a
number of tools that provide various shortcuts for working with layers.

line: GT_ISOD
The GT_ISOD command is used to isolate (segregate) the selected data from a very large complex drawing. It
thaws and switches on the layers of selected objects and freezes all
other layers in the drawing.
The GT_ISOD command provides two ways of selecting the layers to isolate
i) You can directly select the objects to isolate.
ii) You can press Enter to select the layers to isolate from the
select layer dialog box. Note:
GT_ISOD command stores the current layer settings as GEOTOOLS_ISO. Which
can be restored by using command GT_RESTORE.

The GT_RESTORE command is used to restore the
layer settings freezed by GT_ISOD command.
Note: GT_RESTORE command restores the last
layer state set by GT_ISOD command.
Layer tools allow to save three states of layers by using commands
GT_SL1, GT_SL2, GT_SL3 which can be restored by using GT_RL1, GT_RL2,
GT_RL3 respectively.

The GT_COPYLYR command is used to
copy objects from one layer to another. The command prompts the user to
enter source layer name and destination layer name and the objects will be
copied from source to destination layer.
